This website
The public pages of pawnmeter.com use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, for a limited time.
The PawnMeter app
Each shop gets a login. We store the login name and the shop's own settings, to provide the service under the contract with the shop (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), for as long as the account exists and then for the periods required by accounting law. When you pick a language, the app remembers it in a session cookie; see Cookies.
Where the data is and who sees it
Our server is in the European Union, in France, rented from Hostinger. We do not sell data, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
The price data in PawnMeter contains no customer data: product, price, condition, date and the contributing shop. A file with columns for names, ID numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, number plates or VINs is refused on upload.
If you write to office@devaland.com, we keep the correspondence to answer you and for our legal record-keeping duties.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, or object to processing, by writing to office@devaland.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP: https://www.dataprotection.ro
